With a total of four by four cubes, you get both a clean storage space and an eye-catching piece. Thanks to the innovative clip system, the modules are simply stacked on the two base plates and fixed with the connecting clips (to either the front or back). Three open and one closed 1:1 cubes are stacked from the bottom to the top. On the second level are two F3 modules with slide-in modules and two more closed 1:1 cubes. Above that, two open 1:1 and F3 modules break up the structure. The final level is made up of a 2:1 module and two closed 1:1 cubes. If you decide you want to change the set-up, you can be as flexible as you like, thanks to our modular shelving system.

Frequently asked questions about our office shelves
How do I build my shelf from stocubo?
No matter if you buy shelves that are 100 centimeters or 100 meters, book shelves or file shelves from stocubo: You can easily do the assembly yourself. Carefully align the base plates with a spirit level and the supplied allen key, then stack the individual modules on top of or next to each other and fasten them with the aluminum or plastic connecting clips. In principle, the assembly is quite intuitive to understand, even without following instructions. You can find out more about this in our notes on shelf assembly.
How do I ensure maximum support for my stocubo office shelf?
To ensure that nothing slips in the sideboard when the doors are closed with force, we have the extra thin anti-slip pads made of Yupo-Tako suction cup foil in our range. The new anti-slip pads are available in a set of 4 per cube. The application is very simple: remove the protective film on the back, put a pad on each corner, put the next cube on it, clamp and they're ready!
Do I need base plates for my stocubo shelf?
It all depends on the condition of your floor. We recommend base plates with adjustable feet, especially for old apartments and for all rooms where the floor is not completely flat. This applies to the classic shelf wall, as well as to room dividers and larger chests of drawers. In addition, base plates are required if modules with doors are to be used in the bottom row. You can easily plan the use of base plates in the online configurator.
Does the office shelf have to be anchored in the wall?
Only if it is a particularly large office shelf and the floor underneath is particularly uneven. Our file shelves are actually self-stabilizing. For larger stacking shelves that exceed a height of 2.5 m, you can secure the top row with L-brackets if necessary. You can get these in any hardware store.
Are stocubo shelves also suitable as hanging shelves for the office?
Basically, our cubes can be used as wall shelves by means of invisible wall suspension. For this, only two brackets need to be doweled into the wall. However, the suspension is primarily intended to attach individual cubes to the wall. To attach an entire shelf system, a fair amount of craftsmanship is required, because each individual cube must be mounted precisely using a spirit level and screws.
Can an office shelf from stocubo be used as a classic file shelf?
Of course. A good file rack is characterized by one feature above all: functionality. This is exactly where file shelves from stocubo are ahead of the game: they can be flexibly assembled and expanded at any time. Of course, the shelves are perfectly suitable for conventional file heights. At the same time, you still have enough space to grab and pull out the file folders.
Does stocubo also offer lockable file shelves?
Yes, you can also purchase lockable file shelves from stocubo. To do this, you can select modules with doors in the online configurator and note in the comment field in the shopping cart that you want doors with locks. You will receive two individual keys for each lock. We recommend lockable file shelves especially to doctors, lawyers and notaries as well as all other professionals who keep strictly confidential documents in the office.
